Processing Time All items at The Glossy Gift Shop are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We ship worldwide and delivery times will vary depending on your destination.

International Orders We proudly ship internationally! Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be imposed by their country upon delivery.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages The Glossy Gift Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
