Returns & Refunds

All products are handcrafted to order. Each piece is made individually after your order is placed, so we do not accept returns simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the item, or ordered the wrong item.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right, and we will cover the return shipping for defective or damaged items.

Other Returns
If we agree to accept a return for a reason other than a defect or damage, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Handmade Variations
Because every piece is handcrafted, slight variations in color, pattern, flowers, glitter, and small details are natural and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.
