Returns & Refunds

All products are handcrafted to order. Each piece is made individually after your order is placed. If you decide you no longer want an item or ordered the wrong item, the Other Returns terms below apply.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right, and we will cover the return shipping for defective or damaged items.

Other Returns
If you decide you no longer want an item or ordered the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return. After 7 days, no refund will be given. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. The returned item must be in good condition. Once we receive and inspect it, we will refund only the purchase price of the item if it is in good condition. If it is not in good condition, no refund will be issued. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Handmade Variations
Because every piece is handcrafted, slight variations in color, pattern, flowers, glitter, and small details are natural and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.
